A1 :

You may either sign up online or visit us at our office.

For business entity (private limited, sole proprietor or partnership), please fax us your business registration certificate. For individual, please fax us your identity card or passport. Please ensure that you cross your documents with a statement "For BIZNET2SERVE.COM REGISTRATION ONLY".

A2 :

You can make payment via credit card, cheque, bank draft, money order or direct bank-in. For payments via cheque, bank draft and money order, please indicate the invoice number generated upon online registration. For direct bank-in, please fax us the bank-in-slip and indicate your invoice number on the same.

It all depends on your budget and needs. At BizNet, we encourage customers to sign up for longer period, as this would help us in lowering our administrative expenses. Our savings are immediately returned to the customers in the form of lower monthly subscription. If you look at our offer [Offer Details], you will notice that there are substantial savings for long-term package.

Our monthly subscription fee entitles you to a business number and unified communications services. For incoming messages, there is no charge for receiving voicemails, faxes, SMS or emails. For outbound usage such as the cost of faxing out via web-to-fax, diverting calls under our "find me, follow me", outbound SMS and SMS Notifications (for incoming voicemails and faxes), are chargeable.

The good news is we provide outbound call forwarding and faxing at discounted call rates. In addition, for every month of your subscription we provide you with 30 FREE SMS Credits for your outbound web-to-SMS and SMS Notifications needs.

For a start, there is no cash outlay on your part for office rental, renovation, office equipment, furniture; and the monthly recurring expenses for office maintenance and utility. This substantial saving will help you in quickly setting up your business.

For outbound communication such as calls, faxes and SMSes, usage credits would be deducted from your prepaid amount according to our prefixed rate. [ Rate Details ]

BizNet's web interface allows you to top up your usage credit anytime, anywhere, and at your convenience. Prepaid amount can be in the quantum of RM30, RM60 or RM90 per top-up.

Inside your web account, we provide you with a real-time web-based interface to track your usage. You can view current billing period and create billing reports based on the messaging channels.

Yes, you get to choose your BizNet number as long as the number you want is available within the range of numbers we have. There will be additional charges for choosing popular numbers such as double or triple occurrence numbers. You may register first then call us (603-2289 0793 or 603-7804 3880) to select the number you want.
